Appayon
A community kitchen, driven by unwavering dedication, extending a warm invitation to those in need and working towards eradicating hunger in Bangladesh.

Appayon, a Bengali term epitomizing the gracious act of inviting and serving food with utmost reverence, embodies our community kitchen’s ethos of “No one sleeps hungry.”
Driven by an unwavering commitment, we extend a warm and wholehearted invitation to individuals in need, empowering them with nourishing meals that nurture both body and soul. Our dedicated volunteers diligently prepare daily repasts, ensuring that all who seek a wholesome and satisfying dining experience are graciously welcomed.
Initiated during Ramadan in 2023, this transformative initiative served approximately 5,000 individuals. The kitchen serves four times a week, providing delectable and freshly cooked meals, freely offered as a testament to our belief in the intrinsic worth and dignity of every person.
