Project Shakti – End Ultra Poverty Program (EUPP) was a 24-month initiative designed to uplift ultra-poor households with monthly incomes below BDT 1600. The program provided comprehensive support including livelihood training, productive asset transfers, consumption assistance, savings plans, and healthcare services.
