Appayon, a community kitchen, driven by unwavering dedication, extends a warm invitation to those in need, providing nourishing meals and working towards eradicating hunger in Bangladesh.

Appayon, a Bengali term epitomizing the gracious act of inviting and serving food with utmost reverence, embodies our community kitchen’s ethos of “No one sleeps hungry”. Driven by an unwavering commitment, we extend a warm and wholehearted invitation to individuals in need, empowering them with nourishing meals that nurture both body and soul. Nestled within the premises of our esteemed school, our dedicated volunteers diligently prepare daily repasts, ensuring that all who seek a wholesome and satisfying dining experience are graciously welcomed. Initiated during Ramadan in 2023, this transformative initiative served approximately 5000 individuals. The kitchen serves four times a week, providing them with delectable and freshly cooked meals, freely offered as a testament to our belief in the intrinsic worth and dignity of every person. Embracing inclusivity, our community kitchen invites all to partake in the

preparation, service, and enjoyment of these nourishing provisions. By fostering awareness and advocating for equitable access to the food supply chain, we strive to eradicate hunger from the fabric of Bangladesh, unleashing the transformative power of Appayon to alleviate food insecurity and create a society where the basic need for sustenance is met for all.
