“SHOKKHOM” is a sustainable livelihood project funded by Zakat, providing a stable means of living. It started in 2016 with just 2 projects and has expanded significantly over the years, helping 72 families in 2017, 288 families in 2018, 435 families in 2019, 538 families in 2020, 1200 families in 2021 and 1400 families in 2022. With the “SHOKKHOM” project, we aim to uplift families from poverty and empower them with sustainable sources of income.
