Alima Nusrat Khan is a dedicated teacher at OBHIZATRIK Foundation, committed to providing quality education and nurturing the growth of her students. She holds a Master of Social Sciences (MSS) degree in Sociology and Social Policy from the University of Dhaka. With diverse experiences, Alima has worked in various capacities contributing to her professional growth. She served as a Digital Transformation Mobilizer (DTM) for the Kolorob project, a social accountability initiative by Save the Children in Bangladesh.

Alima also worked as a Project Coordinator for the Peace Ambassador Network Bangladesh at the Youth Club of Bangladesh, where she facilitated peace-building activities and engaged young people in promoting harmony and understanding. Additionally, she served as a Project Coordinator for the Peace Building Through Sampreeti-SDGs 16 initiative at the Manusher Jonno Foundation, focusing on sustainable development goals and peace-building efforts. Furthermore, Alima contributed her skills as a technical volunteer at UNICEF Bangladesh, supporting various projects to improve children’s lives. She also gained research experience as a Research Assistant at VRIJE University Amsterdam, where she actively participated in research projects.

With her educational background in sociology and social policy, Alima brings a deep understanding of social dynamics and a compassionate approach to her role as a teacher. She leverages her diverse experiences to create a dynamic learning environment that encourages critical thinking, empathy, and social awareness among her students.
