Tripty completed her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Dhaka Commerce College, which provided her with a strong foundation in finance, accounting, and business principles. She began her professional journey as an intern at ACNABIN Chartered Accountants. After her internship, she also worked as an HR Executive at MPK International Ltd. This experience gave her valuable insights into HR processes, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
